Auditorium
The auditorium is a space designed to accommodate large events and has been equipped with all necessary features. It can seat up to 130 people, not counting seats pertaining to the small cafe-bar in the foyer.
To reach this capacity, the design had to clear out any supporting structures that were underneath the tribune by constructing two oversized truss beams that rest only on 4 points throughout the room. These elements are left exposed as a way of expressing their importance and beauty within the larger design scheme of the auditorium. Through this approach, visitors will be able to appreciate both its functionality and aesthetic appeal upon entering the structure.
